• How do I pay for my order

We accept a variety of payment methods. Choose the best one for you on the checkout page.

1. Credit Card/Debit Card : We accept major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and JCB. (Please check with your bank to make sure your card supports online shopping)

2. Prompt Pay (QR Code) : QR code are available to be downloaded and scanned for payment.

3. E-Wallet : Place an order online and paid by TrueMoney Wallet, Rabit Line Pay, Alipay+ Wallet.

4. Bank Installment (Credit Card) : Place an order online and paid by Bank Installment. (Available on Krungthai)

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) : Place an order online and pay by cash when your order arrives at your shiiping address.

  • Why cannot make payment with my debit card?

If your debit or credit card cannot be paid for your online order, we advise you to contact the cardholder bank to check and activate the card as some banks require prior be notified service activation for online purchases so it is active.

  • When would I receive my refund?

We will process your refund within 14 working days after receiving the returned product, and after the product has been inspected and approved. You will receive a confirmation email when your returned item has been inspected and approved.

  1. Credit Card / Debit Card / E-Wallet : The refund would be returned to the card or E-wallet that you paid for the product within 7-14 business days from the refund confirmation email dated. However, depending on the due and the refund policy of the bank / cardholder company / E-Wallet company. (Please further check with the cardholder bank/E-Wallet company)
  2. Prompt Pay (QR Code) / Cash On Delivery (COD) : We will send the discount code or Online credit by your email to claim the discount for your next shopping on www.melissa.co.th within 7-14 business days from the refund confirmation email date. (Discount code or Online credi will expire within 30 days)


    • In the case of refunds via credit card, if the refund is not received by 2 billing cycles, please kindly contact the bank/cardholder’s company for help.
    • Any fees that the bank charges may change according to the bank’s policy. The company reserves the right to change without prior notice.
