Delivery and Shipment Status Tracking

• Are there any domestic delivery fees?
  Free delivery cost for the order amount greater than 2,500 Baht
  Delivery fee 50 Baht for the order amount less than 2,500 Baht

• How many days would I receive the product?
  Domestic delivery in Thailand usually takes 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation for Bangkok shipments or takes 3-5 working days for metropolitan and upcountry excluded public holidays and weekends.
  
  Remark: During public holidays or long holidays the products the product delivers may take a longer time than specified on the website.

• How could I check the delivery status?
  
  You can check the delivery status in various ways

1. Click the link in the email when the purchase order is completed
2. Check the delivery status via the DHL Tracking website with the reference of the given delivery number, CLICK HERE.
3. Check delivery status from our customer service, CLICK HERE.

• What if I am not available when products are on arrival?
  You could notify the delivery staff about the date or time for your convenience of product receiving when you are contacted for delivery confirmation or you could contact our delivery team for cooperation in prior delivery arrange CLICK HERE.

• What to do if I do not receive the product?  

If you do not get contacted by the delivery staff or do not receive the products within the notified period, please kindly check with our staff CLICK HERE.
